Chittagong port got the world fame from its ship scrapping yard, where huge cargo ships come to die. Due to its ambiguous fame it has become almost impossible for an ordinary person to sneak in to this part of the port, since the site is under protection. Instead, I’ve managed to get into the usual part of the port at the time of arrival of the cargo with chickpeas and spent time with the loaders. What a fun and hardcore bunch of people.
