Spreewald.

Spreewald situated just about 100km away from the Berlin with its nice small canals and woods. This place is very peaceful and perfect for canoeing.

Frankfurt Oder, Słubice.

Frankfurt Oder was badly damaged during World War II and was later rebuilt. After the war it was divided along the Oder river between Germany and Poland, the Polish part of the city on the east bank called Słubice.

Statue needs to be viewed from left to right, followed by the interpretation; 1. The end of the war. 2. Person is covered with a mask of Communistic ideology. 3. Communist society collapses. Finally free.
