My first trip to Kunming was in autumn of 2015. Just like then, the city is growing and blooming. I like Kunming in terms of development, it seems to be the place that any Russia’s underdeveloped city could become, by injecting it with Chinese and leaving it to grow for 30-40 years. This is exactly as much it took to transform a poor Chinese town to a mega city.
